I honestly don’t know much about him either, except what little I’ve seen of him on Superman: The Animated Series. (speaking of which, I would like to add Livewire to my previous list of Injustice characters!)
But he seems like he might be pretty cool, full of fun toy gadgets and whatnot. A lot better than Scorpion that’s for sure.
